You can find below necessary conditions for us to serve you better and faster for product return and exchange. Request for return and/or exchange of the products shall not be accepted if any of these items are missing.

 

  1. Return Process

 

  • What we sought for Returns
  • Return of used or damaged product shall not be accepted.
  • The product to be returned should be delivered complete and undamaged with standard accessories, as delivered within fourteen (14) days after the delivery.
  • The product to be returned should be send together with the invoice which will have received when the product was delivered or the relevant document required by e-invoice/e-archive legislation.
  • Four (4) digit order number that was given to you during your shopping and sent to your e-mail address should be indicated. Please note that returns without order number will not be accepted

 

  • Shipping the Products to be Returned
  • You may return the purchased products free of charge by Yurtici Kargo Servisi Anonim Sirketi (“Yurtici Kargo”)
  • If you choose to return your order by another carrier, you will be solely responsible for all return shipping fees
  • If the purchased product you want to return is defective, shipping costs are covered by our company. In such case, you should return the product by the courier selected by KeiKei, otherwise you will be solely responsible for all return shipping fees.

  • Refund of the Returned Product
  • Once the product delivered to our company, we will check the product whether it comply with the return conditions.
  • If the product complies with the return conditions, your order shall be cancelled within the shortest time and the amount you paid shall be refunded to your credit card or bank account as per preferred payment method.
  • If the customer prefer cash on delivery as the preferred mode of payment, they should indicate following information in the return package or by sending an e-mail to [email protected] :

  • Credit card transactions might be refunded on your next statement due to banks' processes. Once we start the refund process, you will be informed by e-mail.
  1. Exchange Process

 

  • You can exchange any unused product and select another color or size within fourteen (14) days after the delivery.
  • Since the products are limited to stocks, if the color or size you want to change is not in our stocks, your transaction will continue according to the RETURN procedure and you will be refunded.
  • Only the same product can be exchanged, exchanging with a different product is not possible.
  • If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased and want to buy a different one, please follow the return procedure first; then order the other product.
  • Requests for exchanges without order number are not accepted.
  • Exchange requests sent without invoice cannot be accepted.
  • You are responsible for the shipment fees for the product exchange process.
  • Once we receive the product you want to exchange, your new order will be delivered as soon as possible according to calendar.
  • Exchanges are limited to one (1) purchase for each order.
