Exchange & Refunds
The product must be unused. The return and exchange period is 7 (seven) days. Requests will be rejected after 7 days.
- You can return the purchased products for free within 7 days with your printed invoice. Yurtiçi Cargo must be used within the process. Please do not send the product using a different shipping company, otherwise the shipment fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds sent without printed invoices and order number are not accepted.
- Please do not forget to include your 4-digit order number, which was given to you during your shopping and sent to your e-mail address.

- Your order will be cancelled as soon as we received the products. The amount will be refunded according to the payment method.
Cash at Door
Cash at door customers must indicate their bank account details to [email protected] by email:
- Credit card transactions might be refunded on your next statement due to banks ' processes. As soon as we start the refund process, you will be informed by email.
- You can exchange any unused product and select another color or size. Since the products are limited to stock, the exchange process may not be completed. In this case, your order will be cancelled.
- If you are not satisfied with the model, you must first return the product you bought and create a new order for the model you want to buy. Please follow the return procedure.
- Exchanges sent without printed invoices and order number are not accepted.
- You are responsible for the cargo price for exchange process.
- As soon as we receive the replacement product, your new order will be delivered as soon as possible according to calendar.
- Exchanges are limited to one time for each order.
